Rest Day!

No running today.
Big Day Tomorrow
Tomorrow is the Leadville 100. They call it the “Race Across the Sky.” The race course’s average altitude is greater than 10,000 feet above sea level. The entire course is run between 9,200 feet and 12,600 feet…it’s up there.
Good luck to those racing tomorrow. Be safe and healthy, and may your miles of training carry you to the finish!
Back at it tomorrow with the long run.
